The Many Sides of a Beautiful City
I fall back in love with Quebec, every time I visit. I love old cultures and refined simplicity. I seek out clean, detailed elegance, that avoids pretence. That second street off the tourist street bistro, with a nice wine list and simple culinary delights. A welcoming staff and shaded tables.
Many Places, Many Directions
What I am Reading and Watching…
Yoshikawa, Kiji (1935/1981trans.) Musashi - still reading…
The Sandman - season 2 - just as outstanding as the first season.
Next post (every Sunday)
love Quebec City. Will you be passing through Maine this summer? If so, you are always welcome.
Beautiful city. Maintaining french culture...too often the old and stately makes wat for modern, soulless, cookie cutter culture.
